I am a Ph.D. student at Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai. My research interests lie in Industrial Organization, Theoretical Microeconomics and Game Theory. In my doctoral research, I am working on imperfect markets, incorporating non-standard preferences, in particular, social preferences, alongside information asymmetry and network externalities. Some of my research areas include vaccine markets, credence goods markets, personalized pricing etc., in which I explore how social concern, information frictions and consumer networks effect market strategies, welfare as well as policy designs.
