Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any individual, company, organization, or app representative.
Violate any policies, procedures, guidelines, or requirements associated with the app.
We may provide free trial offers for selected subscription plans from time to time. Eligibility for free trials may be determined, restricted, or modified at our sole discretion.
Unless canceled before the trial period expires, the applicable subscription fee will automatically be charged to your selected payment method once the trial ends.
Subscription plans provide access to premium services and features for a recurring billing period.
Paid subscriptions become active once payment has been successfully processed. Users are responsible for ensuring that recurring subscription payments are completed on time. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to subscription features.
If you subscribe through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
Subscription management and cancellation can be handled through your Apple App Store account settings.
If you subscribe through Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
Subscription fees will be charged to your Google Play account.
Any free trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial expires.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the active billing period.
Renewal charges will be processed within 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription term.
Subscription management and cancellation can be completed through your Google Play Store account settings.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple's App Store are handled exclusively by Apple.
We do not have the ability to process or issue refunds for App Store transactions.
Users must submit refund requests directly to Apple.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and users are responsible for canceling future renewals through their App Store account settings.
Users may contact the developer regarding defective purchases, technical issues, or refund requests submitted after 48 hours.
For purchases made within 48 hours, refund requests may generally be submitted directly through Google Play.
Additional refund assistance may be available through Google Play Support or Google Assistant.
In certain situations, uninstalling a paid application shortly after purchase may qualify for an automatic refund under Google Play policies.
If a refunded app is later reinstalled, a new purchase may be required.
All content made available through the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, logos, trademarks, icons, layouts, and design elements, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Except for content submitted by users, all materials within the app remain the exclusive property of the app owner and its licensors. Nothing contained in these Terms grants any right, license, or permission to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, branding, templates, trade dress, or other distinctive features without our prior written consent.
By submitting comments, suggestions, recommendations, ideas, or feedback regarding the app, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services without compensation or obligation to you.
