Fe/CNs/PVA nanocomposites incorporating carbon nanospheres derived from bamboo fiber were successfully synthesized and investigated as lightweight electromagnetic wave absorbers. Structural and morphological analyses confirmed the formation of the composite and the influence of activation temperature on its properties. The optimized composite achieved a minimum reflection loss of β23.64 dB at 5.09 GHz, indicating effective electromagnetic wave absorption. These results demonstrate the potential of bamboo-derived carbon nanosphere composites for lightweight electromagnetic interference shielding applications.Β
