You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.
Certain features of the App may use artificial intelligence to process your input or generate content.
AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for your particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
The App uses third-party services, including Meshy AI, to provide certain functionality.
When you use a feature that requires a third-party service, the content or information necessary to provide that feature may be transmitted to the relevant third-party service.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Our App does not intentionally collect or use facial recognition or biometric data to identify individuals.
We do not create facial profiles, facial templates, or biometric databases.
If an image containing a person's face is submitted as part of an App feature, it is processed only as necessary to provide the requested functionality and is not intentionally used by us for facial recognition or identification.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials, belong to us or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our App or its materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
You may not use the App to create, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

Work on every device or operating-system version.
Provide the same features indefinitely.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the App or its content.
You use the App at your own risk.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should continue to apply will remain effective.
