Hello! I am Susneha.
I'm an IT professional rooted in Pune, INDIA, and I currently contribute to a leading Pharma organization.
I'm incredibly fortunate: every day, I get to live my dream. I mentor and coach fellow coaches and facilitators of great teams, I design and deliver powerful training programs, and I actively build the high-impact community of Professionals that are ready for needs of tomorrow; one purpose-driven step at a time.
While my profession has extremely satisfied me for more than last two decades, I realized whenever I took informal coaching opportunities, seeing it open doors for individuals to live their dreams and simply find their happiness through it made my heart merrier. Any such opportunity electrified me. My friends and colleagues often shared that I have a gift of connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them through informal coaching. This made me invest more in learning Life Coaching formally.
I have since invested in becoming a Certified Professional Coach, Certified in Deep Intensive Coaching, and acquired extensive training in the Leadership Transformation Sorcery (Coaching). I have built and delivered several group and individual Coaching Programs in the last 5 years and coached dozens of individuals— entrepreneurs, professionals and students. I believe the world will be even more beautiful when more people live their passion, sing their heart song, and achieve what they desire and deserve.
I am on a mission to Increase The Happiness Index of The Planet by engaging in various ways to bring people closer to living their dreams, express passionately their gifts, and lead a life of celebration and joy.
