When you visit our website http://www.sites.google.com/view/sukoapp (the "Website") and use our mobile application (the "App"), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us In Short: We only collect personal information that you intentionally and voluntarily provide to us.
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play the App. We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us for customer support or feedback (such as your email address and the contents of your message).
Payment and Subscription Data If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to our premium tier (e.g., "Suko Grandmaster"), your payment is processed directly by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not collect or store your credit card number or specific billing details. We use a service called RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous user ID to verify your purchase status and unlock premium features. Privacy policies for these providers:

Information automatically collected In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or device characteristics — is collected automatically when you use our App.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, for internal analytics, and for advertising purposes.
Log, Usage, and Crash Data: Diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect (e.g., through Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix bugs and improve the App.
Device Data: Information such as your IP address, device identification numbers, operating system, and hardware model.
Coarse Location Data: We do not request GPS permissions or track your precise physical location. However, our analytics and advertising partners may derive your general, imprecise location (like your city or country) based on your IP address.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION? In Short: We process your information to provide the App, fix bugs, manage subscriptions, and serve ads.
We use the information we collect or receive:
To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions: To validate purchases, restore prior entitlements, and manage subscription statuses in coordination with our platform providers.
To respond to user inquiries: To respond to your direct emails and solve potential issues you might have.
To protect and improve our Services: For data analysis, identifying usage trends, and fixing app crashes.
To deliver targeted advertising: We work with third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) that use identifiers to serve ads tailored to your interests in the free tier of the App.
3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE? In Short: We only share information with third-party service providers needed to run the App (like analytics and billing).
We only share and disclose your information with the following categories of third parties:
Cloud Computing and Storage: Google Cloud Platform, Firebase
Analytics and Crash Reporting: Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics
In-App Purchase Management: RevenueCat, Inc.
Platform Providers: Apple App Store, Google Play
Advertising Networks: Google AdMob (and its associated third-party network partners)
4. ADVERTISING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS The free tier of the App is ad-supported. Third-party advertising partners may collect pseudonymous identifiers and device data to serve these ads. If you subscribe to "Suko Grandmaster," we verify your subscription status via RevenueCat to remove these advertisements and unlock premium features. Some features (including ad delivery and subscription restoration) may require an internet connection to function properly.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION? In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We delete or anonymize personal information (such as support emails) when we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process it. Anonymized analytics and crash data are retained in accordance with our third-party providers' retention policies.
6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS? In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
7. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS? In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information under the CCPA.
What categories of personal information do we collect? In the past twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories from our players:
A. Identifiers: YES (Only device identifiers, IP addresses, and email addresses if you contact support).
F. Internet or other electronic network activity: YES (Interactions with our App, crash reports).
G. Geolocation data: YES (Coarse/Imprecise location derived from IP addresses only).
All other categories (B, C, D, E, H, I, J, K): NO.
Will your information be shared with anyone else? We disclose Identifiers, Network Activity, and Geolocation Data to our service providers (listed in Section 3) for business purposes. Appreasy LLC has not sold any personal information to third parties in the preceding twelve (12) months, nor do we plan to. As permitted by the CCPA, we do allow third-party advertising networks (like AdMob) to collect device identifiers to serve ads in the free version of the App.
