Sales Utility Keeper & Inventory (S.U.K.I. POS)

Redtech operates the SukiPOS mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "Application", or "SukiPOS"). This Privacy Policy outlines our standards and practices regarding the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of personal data, device identifiers, and system permissions associated with the operation of the Application.
To ensure secure access, identity validation, license governance, and administrative terminal management, SukiPOS collects and processes specific data categories:
Account Credentials: User email address and display name obtained through Google Sign-In or dedicated authentication protocols, utilized for store profile provisioning, administrative verification, and subscription management.
Terminal & Device Identifiers: Non-resettable or pseudonymous hardware IDs (such as Android ID or app-generated terminal UUIDs), device model name, manufacturer, and last active timestamp. These are collected strictly to manage authorized terminal quotas (e.g., single-device binding or 3-terminal multi-device management) and enforce real-time session access control.
Operational Business Records: Store metadata, cashier/staff profiles, item masterlists, retail prices, cost valuations, transaction archives, void audit trails, and expense records stored locally on the terminal or synchronized with secure cloud databases.
For accounts utilizing cloud-enabled tiers or cloud backup features:
SukiPOS employs Google Firebase enterprise services (including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to store, safeguard, and synchronize store catalogs, transactions, and terminal configurations.
All data transmissions between client terminals and cloud infrastructure are strictly protected using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption.
Redtech does not monetize, sell, lease, or distribute commercial sales records, financial ledgers, or business data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
To facilitate wireless thermal receipt printing and cash drawer triggers, SukiPOS interfaces with local hardware peripherals:
Bluetooth Interface Permissions (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Required to discover, pair, and establish local serial communication (SPP/RFCOMM) with ESC/POS-compatible thermal receipt printers.
Location Permission Context (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): On legacy Android operating system versions (Android 11 and lower), the Android OS architecture requires location permissions to discover nearby Bluetooth peripheral hardware. SukiPOS does not determine, record, log, or track your physical GPS coordinates or geographic movements. Location access is invoked solely by the Android system framework to establish local printer connections.
Device permissions are requested strictly on-demand to support user-initiated operational features:
Camera Interface (CAMERA): Utilized exclusively for capturing real-time imagery of inventory items for custom catalog tiles and scanning product barcodes or QR codes during stock auditing and cashier checkout. SukiPOS does not perform background recording or capture continuous video.
Photo & Media Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Enables users to select existing product imagery from device storage to assign to inventory masterlist items.
Audio Selection (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO): Allows administrative customization by selecting local sound files for POS auditory feedback (e.g., checkout sound effects).
Document Export Permissions (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Facilitates the local generation and export of financial reports, sales ledgers, and inventory audits in spreadsheet formats (.xls / .csv) directly to the user's storage directory (Downloads/SukiReports).
Note: SukiPOS does not scan, index, or transmit unrelated private documents, personal media libraries, or personal files stored on the host device.
Local-First Architecture: Primary transaction logs, catalog hierarchies, and offline sales operations reside directly within the local device storage system via an internal SQLite/Room database. Offline terminals continue to function independently without continuous internet access.
Data Sovereignty: Store owners retain complete, exclusive ownership of their commercial data. Administrators maintain full capability to export tabular ledgers, backup database files, or wipe local application databases through internal administrative utilities.
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy standards, registered users maintain full authority over the retention and deletion of their information:
Local Record Removal: Terminal operators may reset local inventories, shift logs, and sales archives directly via the Admin Dashboard.
Account and Cloud Deletion Requests: Users who wish to permanently delete their cloud accounts, registered terminal profiles, and synchronized transaction records may initiate account removal within the app or submit a formal request via email to redtech.041423@gmail.com with the subject line "Request Data Deletion".
Fulfillment Timeline: Following identity verification, all associated cloud records, registered device profiles, and account credentials will be permanently and irreversibly purged from active cloud databases within thirty (30) calendar days.
SukiPOS is designed and intended strictly for commercial business operators, retail merchants, and system administrators. The Application is not directed toward children under thirteen (13) years of age, and Redtech does not knowingly solicit or maintain records pertaining to minors.
Redtech reserves the right to periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical enhancements, architectural updates, or regulatory revisions. Any modifications will be published directly within the application or on the official hosting page with a revised effective date.
