I am a Theoretical Physicist and my research area can be broadly classified as Gravitational and Quantum Physics. I hold an Assistant Professor position in the Physics and Astronomy department of California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, California.
A short bio: I earned Ph.D in 2012 working at the S. N. Bose National Centre, Kolkata, India under the supervision of Prof. Rabin Banerjee. After that I had postdoctoral research stays at Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune, India [with Prof. Thanu Padmanabhan], and at Institute of Nuclear Science at UNAM [with Prof. Daniel Sudarsky], Mexico. I was a JSPS Fellow at the Theory Group of KEK (High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, Japan [host: Prof. Izumi Tsutsui] before I joined the Faculty of Science of University of Colima where I taught from 2016 to 2024.
