🎯 Goal / Problem Statement 

To design a food delivery mobile app that provides a seamless user experience—from browsing dishes to tracking orders—with a strong focus on visual appeal and easy navigation for first-time users. 

👥 User Research 

• Conducted surveys and informal interviews with 5 users who frequently order food online. 

• Identified key pain points: 

1.     Confusing cart/checkout flow 

2.     Lack of real-time order tracking 

• Created user personas to represent two primary user types: 

1.     Busy professionals 

2.     Students with limited time and budget 

🧭 Wireframes & User Flows  

Designed low- and mid-fidelity wireframes in Figma to outline the full flow: 

• Onboarding screen 

• Home/dish browsing 

• Dish detail & customization 

• Cart & Checkout 

• Order tracking & confirmation 

Focused on minimizing steps and cognitive load through simplified layout and iconography.

• Layout: Card-based, vertically scrolling interface with bottom navigation. 
• Buttons:  Rounded corners with solid fills (orange), white text.  
• Icons:  Line icons in orange or dark gray. 
• Images: High-quality food photos with soft shadows, spacing for clean layout.  
• Illustrations:  Flat 2D icons for delivery, tracking, and payment.  
• Navigation:  Bottom tab bar for smooth interaction.
