Welcome to TryOn Fast: Try On Clothes. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") developed and maintained by Sujal Vaghani ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Account and Sign in with Apple
The App may allow you to create or access an account using Sign in with Apple.
When you choose to sign in with Apple, authentication is handled by Apple. We may receive information from Apple that is necessary to create and manage your account, such as your name, email address or Apple's private relay email address, and a unique identifier associated with your Apple account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App. Upon deletion, your account and all associated data, including saved images, will be permanently removed from our systems.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the App;
• Interfere with the App's operation or attempt to access its systems or networks without authorization;
• Use the App to generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, offensive, abusive, or misleading content;
• Use the App to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person;
• Attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security or access-control features of the App.
3. Photos, Images, and User Content
The App may allow you to take, upload, process, or generate images using features provided by the App.
You retain ownership of images and other content that you submit to the App, subject to any rights necessary for us to process that content in order to provide the requested try-on functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or use any photos, images, or other content through the App.
You must not upload or use content that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of another person.
4. AI-Generated Content & Processing
The App utilizes artificial intelligence image processing to generate virtual clothing try-on previews.
• All AI processing and virtual try-on features are performed securely on our own dedicated backend infrastructure.
• AI-generated results may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose. You should review generated content before using or sharing it.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, accurate, or free from errors.
• Infrastructure Services: The App utilizes Firebase (Google) strictly for account authentication, database storage, and app performance. Your use of the App is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these core infrastructure services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, designs, and other intellectual property displayed in or associated with the App are owned by or licensed to Sujal Vaghani or its respective content creators and licensors.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, performance, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular feature will always be available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sujal Vaghani shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data, profits, or other losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice where permitted by law, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the App, its services, or other users.
You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Modifications to the App and Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sujal Vaghani operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
