This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
Some information may be stored locally on your device, while other information is stored securely in our cloud services as described below.
Sign in with Apple
Our app allows you to sign in using your Apple account through Sign in with Apple. When you choose to sign in with Apple, we may receive certain information from Apple, such as your name, email address (or Apple private relay email address), and a unique account identifier. We use this information only to manage your account and authenticate your identity.
Third-Party Infrastructure Services
The app uses trusted third-party infrastructure services strictly for account management, authentication, and database storage:
• Apple Sign In — Used for secure user authentication.
• Firebase (Google) — Used for cloud database storage, secure account management, and app analytics.
These services process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We DO NOT share, sell, or transmit your photos or personal data to any third-party AI model providers, external AI APIs, or data brokers.
Photo and Image Data (First-Party Processing)
Our app processes user-uploaded photos solely to generate virtual clothing try-on previews. Here is how your images are handled:
• Collection: We collect photos you voluntarily upload, which may include your face and body, strictly to execute the try-on functionality.
• Processing: All AI image processing and virtual try-on renders are performed exclusively on our own secure, first-party self-hosted backend servers. Your photos are NEVER sent to third-party AI vendors or external AI processing APIs.
• Storage & Retention: Rendered try-on images are saved to your private Firebase account history so you can view your past generations.
• Data Deletion: When you delete your account using the in-app account deletion button, all your profile data, stored photos, and rendered images are permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
• No Biometric Identification: We do not use facial recognition, facial tracking, or biometric identity verification. Photos are used only to map clothing onto your image preview.
• No Third-Party Data Sharing: Your photos are strictly confidential and are never shared, sold, or leased to third parties.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the app. When you delete your account:
• Your profile information is permanently deleted.
• All saved try-on images and uploaded photos are permanently deleted.
• Your authentication credentials are revoked.
This action cannot be undone.
Log Data
Whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, I collect data and information (through third-party tools) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your IP address, device name, operating system version, and usage statistics.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If I discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, I immediately delete it from our servers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
