Deposit And Payment Policy
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit counts toward your total rental balance. Balance will be due 14 days prior to your event.
REFUND POLICY
All deposits and payments are non-refundable but can be transferred.
A $200 refundable security deposit charge is included in the rental fee and will be refunded within 10 business days, provided that the cleaning policies are followed.
CANCELLATION TERMS
45 Days Before: Your full $350 Booking Deposit can be used for future events within one year.
30-45 Days Before: 50% of the deposit can be transferred; the remaining 50% will be forfeited.
Within 30 Days: The entire $350
Booking Deposit will be forfeited. IY the facility successfully bocks another event on the same day and time, 50% of your Booking Deposit con be transferred for future use within one year.
