Any incoming calls/emails from unknown/suspicious phone numbers/emails may be declined unless the recipient leaves us a voicemail message.
If your voice message to us contains (non-personal) information about our company, we may notify you that a future callback may be created to your number.
If your phone number is marked as a telemarketer, spam, fraud or anything else that could potentially be dangerous, your number will automatically be declined. More than a second incoming call may get your number blocked. If the problem continues to occur, your phone number may be reported in a Federal Trade Commission complaint.

If a sent email is marked as junk or spam, the email will be deleted from our inbox. If your email contains links that could be hazardous, or contains characters that could lead in the sender phishing, your email address may be blocked.
Emails sent to us that are unfinished/drafts may be deleted if not completed within more than 5 days.
