For Prospective Students or Postdoctoral Researchers

• The AMS department is going to open a Ph.D. program in Operations Research at SUNY-Korea in Fall 2025. If you are interested in the program, then you can submit application documents including TOEFL score before late December 2024 or early January 2025. We provide strong Ph.D. students with a TAship=Tuition Waived+Stipend (over 1.2 M KRW per month).

• I am looking for people with a strong spectral graph theory background to join my research group. Please contact me if you are interested. 

For undergraduate or graduate students, who are interested in the position, take AMS 303 and then AMS 487 to be familiar with spectral graph theory.

After or while taking the courses, if a research problem is assigned to you, then you will receive a research assistantship as follows,

• 650,000 KRW (for undergraduate), 1,100,000 KRW (for master's degree), 1,800,000 KRW (for Ph.D degree) per month during a semester.
