My published work has explored how digital technologies contribute to psychological well-being and good life by supporting self-understanding and intrapersonal experiences. Recently, I have been extending this line of research to examine interpersonal communication and social connection, shifting the focus from processes within individuals to dynamics between people. I use a range of methods, including lab experiments, interviews and workshops.
