Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at my discretion for a late cancellation or no-show. This courtesy may only be used once and will not apply to future bookings.

• Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show may be declined future bookings.

Late Appointments

• Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may result in forfeiting their appointment at my discretion. 

• Clients who are late more than once will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be required to send an e-transfer in full prior to booking future appointments.
