Sugar Pop 3D - Privacy Policy

Short version: Sugar Pop 3D does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases. The game works completely offline.
Information we collect
We collect no personal information at all. The app has no sign-up or login, does not ask for your name, email, phone number or location, and does not read your contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone. The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics libraries and no third-party trackers or SDKs.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the game saves the following in local storage on your own device only: unlocked levels, stars and best scores; lives, gold coins and boosters; daily reward and spin-wheel dates; and your sound, music, voice and vibration settings. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and cannot be seen by us. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes it permanently. You can also erase it inside the game with Settings, then Reset Progress.
3. Permissions
The app declares the standard Android INTERNET permission because it is required by the Android system component used to run the game. The game itself makes no network requests and works fully in airplane mode.
4. Children's privacy
Sugar Pop 3D is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data whatsoever, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the relevant age in your country. If you believe any data has been collected, please contact us.
5. Data sharing and selling. We do not share, sell, rent or transfer any data to third parties, because we do not collect any.
6. Data security. Since no data is transmitted or stored on any server, there is no personal data at risk of a breach on our side. Your game progress is protected by your device's own security.
7. Your rights. You may delete all data the app holds at any time by uninstalling the app, clearing its storage in Android Settings, or using Settings then Reset Progress in the game. As we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on our side.
8. Changes to this policy. If a future version of the app adds features that handle data, for example advertising or online leaderboards, we will update this policy and the last updated date before that version is published.
