Q: What exactly is Sugar Cult Apothecary?

A: We are a micro bakery that specializes in making gouten free, dietary and allergy accommodating baked goods that are just as delicious as the "real thing." 

Q: What types of baked goods do you offer? 

A: We offer a variety of baked goods, including cookies, cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cake pops. See our menu options here or view our order form for a more in depth look!

Q: How do I place an order? 

A: You can place an order through our online order request form. We'll get back to you within 1-3 days to confirm your order details and provide any next steps.

Q: Are your baked goods made from scratch? 

A: Yes, all of our baked goods are made to order from scratch using high-quality ingredients. Down to the flour being custom mixed depending on your allergies!

Q: Can I request a specific flavor or design for my baked good? 

A: Yes, we love custom requests! Feel free to describe your desired flavor, design, or theme, when filling out your order form and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Q: Can you accommodate my specific dietary needs, such as being egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free?

A: In most cases! While we do specialize in creating custom baked goods to suit various dietary restrictions and allergies, some recipes may be harder to adapt than others. Please let us know your specific needs when placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate them!

Q: How do you handle cross-contamination?

A: While we take as many precautions as we can to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have severe allergies, please exercise caution when consuming our products.

Q: Do you ship your baked goods? 

A: We currently only offer shipping of our gourmet cookies and are only legally able to ship within the state of Arizona per state law. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order.

Q: Are you a licensed bakery? 

A: Yes, we are a licensed cottage food bakery! 

Q: Do you offer delivery?

A: Yes! We offer local delivery in the greater Phoenix area that is calculated by distance. When you recieve your invoice the cost will be added.
