📍 Where are you located? Do you deliver?
We’re based in Malaybalay City and offer pickup by appointment. Delivery is available within a 10 km radius for a small fee—just ask!
📦 How do I place an order?
You can order through our social media pages, or by filling out our online order form. We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance.
⏰ How early should I order?
For regular custom cakes, please order at least 5-7 days in advance.
For large, tiered, or intricate cakes, we recommend 1 to 2 weeks of lead time.
🚚 Do you offer same-day or next-day cakes?
At the moment, we don’t offer same-day or next-day cakes, as each order is lovingly made from scratch with attention to detail. We kindly ask for a minimum lead time to ensure your cake is as fresh, delicious, and beautifully crafted as possible. Thank you for understanding!
🎂 What cake sizes do you offer?
We offer cakes in a variety of sizes—from classic 8-inch rounds to multi-tiered celebration cakes. Let us know how many servings you need, and we’ll be happy to recommend the perfect size for your occasion.
🎨 Can I customize the cake design and flavor?
Absolutely! All our cakes are made to order. You can choose your preferred flavor, color palette, theme, and even send us inspiration photos.
🧁 Do you offer allergy-friendly cakes?
We try our best to accommodate dairy-free, or peanut-free requests. Let us know your dietary needs when ordering so we can confirm if it’s doable.
💵 What are your payment options?
To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit via GCash / bank transfer / etc. The balance can be paid upon pickup or before delivery.
💍 Do you make wedding or event cakes?
Yes! We offer custom cakes for weddings, corporate events, baptisms, and more. Send us a message for a quote and design consultation.
🔁 What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable as materials and prep begin once your order is confirmed.
