We are located on the Dutch side of The Friendly Island. Book this comfortable apartment for vacation or remote working stays on the Dutch Side of Sint Maarten. In located on the hillside overlooking the southeastern coastline (Harbor side | Sunrise). Short walk to Fort Amsterdam or 3 nearby beaches, 15-20min walk to downtown Philipsburg. While sitting on your balcony, enjoy the view of the neighboring islands St.Kitts, Statia and Saba.
The unit is equipped with all your living needs (linens / towels / toiletries / kitchen wares). Laundry service referral upon request. SmartTV ready, high speed internet, Nespresso Coffee Machine, a fully equipped kitchen and desk space.
Arrival basket of breakfast supplies will be provided at check in. Unwind as the breeze blows through our kinip (fruit) trees with the occasional furry kitten visitor to welcome you to the island.
