Appointments, Grace Period, & Cancellations
We allow a 10-minute grace period starting at the time of your appointment.
After that, your spot may be released and treated as a walk-in.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
After one no-show or repeat cancellations, we may require prepayment with a valid card to book future appointments.
Need to be in and out? We offer a Rush Booking / Priority Fee: +$20 to total service amount to skip the waiting queue to guarantee your preferred time.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin concerns, or open wounds prior to your service. For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if there is a risk of spreading infections or viruses.
Allergies & Sensitivities Disclaimer
Complimentary drinks and snacks are available during service. If you have food allergies, please check the labels or ask a team member before consuming.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions due to undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.
Salon Etiquette
In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all clients:
Guests not receiving services are not allowed in the service areas.
Maintain a minimum noise level
No pets allowed
Children must be supervised at all times. Unattended children are not permitted.
Respectful Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service (payment still required) for any client who displays rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.
Service Guarantee & Refund Policy
We offer complimentary touch-ups for chips within 48 hours of your service. Physical or accidental damage is the client’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to work with you to correct any concerns.
Feedback & Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately. We are committed to making things right and ensuring your visit is a pleasant one.
