💛 OUR STORY

Sugar Magnolia began long before the trailer or the menu. It started in my classroom, my kitchen, and my heart — with a love for people, creativity, and making moments feel special. For 25 years, I poured everything into teaching. I loved my students, my coworkers, and being “Mrs. Brown.” But as retirement approached, a new dream began to grow — one that blended my passion for hosting, food styling, and community. With Terry’s support (and his tools, talent, and big heart), I finally felt ready to chase it.

Nuts & Nibbles, my original charcuterie business, became the first chapter of that dream. What began as curated boxes for friends and events quickly grew into something more — a realization that people loved beautiful food made with care. Instead of closing that chapter, we chose to carry it forward.

Today, Nuts & Nibbles lives on as a signature part of Sugar Magnolia through our charcuterie cups, boxes, and ready-to-go favorites. It’s not gone — it has simply grown into something even more exciting. And that growth led to the next chapter: Sugar Magnolia.

🚐 A Dream on Wheels

In July 2025, Terry and I purchased an empty trailer and immediately began transforming it into a mobile drink and snack business built around joy, heart, and East Texas hospitality.

Inside the Sugar Magnolia truck, you’ll find a menu full of the things we love to make — and the things our customers love to enjoy:

• Charcuterie cups

• Nanny’s Banana Pudding (coming soon)

Every drink, every treat, and every charcuterie cup carries the same care and attention that started in our original Nuts & Nibbles kitchen.
