This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Suftra mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2.1 Account and profile information
If you create an account or sign in, we may collect:
Email address and password (if you use email sign-in)
Name and profile photo (if you sign in with Google or similar providers)
A unique user identifier assigned by our authentication provider
2.2 Content you provide
The App may process content you choose to provide or generate, such as:
Text, images, or other media you upload or capture (for example, for captions, memes, or related creative tools)
Preferences, favorites, or settings you save in the App
2.3 Usage and diagnostics
We collect information about how the App is used to operate and improve it, including:
App events and feature usage (for example, generation or editing flows), where enabled
Device and technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, and general diagnostic logs
Crash and error reports to help us fix bugs
2.4 Location
If you allow location access, we may collect approximate or precise location from your device to provide location-aware or culturally relevant features. You can change location permissions in your device settings.
2.5 Camera, photos, and storage
If you allow access, the App may use the camera and photo library to let you capture or select images for features you choose to use. We only access media when you take an action that requires it.
2.6 Purchases and subscriptions
If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase through Google Play, Google processes payment and provides us with purchase status and identifiers needed to unlock features. We use third-party services (described below) to validate entitlements.
2.7 Advertising
Where ads are shown, our ad partners may collect or receive identifiers and usage data as described in their policies and your device’s advertising settings.
2.8 Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we may use a push token and related data to deliver messages to your device. You can turn notifications off in system settings or in the App where available.
We use the information above to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
Authenticate users and sync preferences or saved content where applicable
Process subscriptions and manage access to paid features
Analyze usage and performance, including analytics and crash reporting
Show ads where the App includes advertising
Communicate with you about support or important service notices
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Some features use automated processing (including AI-related services) to generate suggestions or creative output from input you provide. Inputs may be sent to service providers we use to run those features. We do not use your data to train public AI models unless we clearly tell you otherwise in the App or in an updated policy.
If laws such as the GDPR apply, we may rely on:
Contract — to provide the App and features you request
Legitimate interests — to secure the App, fix bugs, and improve performance (balanced against your rights)
Consent — where required for optional features (for example, certain permissions, marketing, or analytics where consent is the appropriate basis)
