Md Abu Sufian, Ph.D.

I have comprehensive expertise in antenna theory and RF circuit design, with a strong focus on MIMO and array antennas for high-performance wireless systems.
I am proficient in CST Microwave Studio, Ansys HFSS, ADS, and skilled in Altium PCB design and data analysis using MATLAB.
My research experience includes developing 5G antennas, dielectric lenses, SAR reduction techniques, metasurfaces, reconfigurable antennas, beamforming, and EMC measurements.
In addition to my technical work, I have significant experience mentoring MS students and teaching undergraduate courses in electronic communication circuits and analysis.
I also actively contribute as a Publication Committee Member for IEEE Smart Cities and serve as a reviewer for several high-impact journals, furthering my involvement in the academic and research community.

Current Position:

Postdoctoral Researcher (Feb. 2025 ~ Present)

Key Responsibilities: Research and development on in-band full-duplex antenna systems for 6G integrated sensing and communication, and multi-band implantable antennas for wireless brain-computer interface (BCI).
