Deep Cleans can be as needed or scheduled ! Deep Cleans can be booked separate from a maintenance clean.  You do not have to have all services offered during a deep clean. You can choose to book each service individually or in bulk . Services can be added in addition to your maintenance clean.  Please note that this is a general deep clean that fits most people's needs but can be fully customized to each client's individual needs.

Post Construction cleans can be booked separate from a maintenance clean but will receive a discount if you book ongoing cleans.  You do not have to have all services offered during a post construction clean. You can choose to book by room or service. Services can be added in addition to your post construction clean ; see deep clean for additional services.  Please note that this is a general post construction clean that fits most people's needs but can be fully customized to each client's individual needs.

Dust and Debris Removal:

• This includes using heavy-duty vacuums to remove fine dust and debris from floors, walls, ceilings, and air vents. 

Surface Cleaning:

• Thoroughly cleaning walls, baseboards, countertops, cabinets, sinks, and appliance interiors and exteriors. 

Window Cleaning:

• Removing paint and glue residue from glass and cleaning window tracks and sills. 

Floor Care:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and potentially polishing hard floors, as well as steam cleaning. 

Appliance & Fixture Cleaning:

• Wiping down all fixtures, appliances, and light bulbs to remove dust and grime. 

Trash Disposal:

• Proper removal and disposal of all construction waste and leftover materials. 

Restroom & Kitchen Cleaning:

• Deep cleaning and sanitizing all bathroom and kitchen fixtures, including toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops
