PRIVACY POLICY — SUDOKU SWAP

Sudoku Swap is a logic puzzle game. This policy explains what information is and is not handled when you use the app.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Sudoku Swap has no account of its own, no sign-up, no login, and no server of ours. We never receive your data.
Your game data — settings, game progress, statistics, best times, daily puzzle history, streaks and achievements — is stored on your device.
Some of that data may also leave your device, but only to Google, and only in the three ways described in sections 2, 3 and 4 below. We are never a
recipient of it.
2. GOOGLE PLAY GAMES (LEADERBOARDS AND CLOUD SAVE)
If your device is signed in to Google Play Games, the app uses it for two features. Play Games signs you in automatically; the app never shows its own
sign-in screen and never asks for your password.
a) GLOBAL LEADERBOARDS
When you win a game, your score and your finishing time are submitted to Google Play Games leaderboards. These leaderboards are PUBLIC and
worldwide. Other players can see your entry, which Google labels with your Play Games profile — typically your gamer name and avatar, not
your real name or email, unless you have configured your Play Games profile to show them.
Submitted: points totals, finishing times, difficulty, and whether the Auto-fill aid was used. Nothing else.
b) CLOUD SAVE (SAVED GAMES)
Your progress (points, statistics, streaks, daily puzzle history, achievements) is synced to your own Google account so it survives a
reinstall or a new device. This save is stored by Google under your account. We cannot read it.
If your device is not signed in to Play Games, or you are offline, both features stay switched off, nothing is transmitted, and the game works
normally using only the copy of your data held on your device.
You can stop this at any time by signing out of, or uninstalling, the Google Play Games app. You can review and delete your Play Games data, including
saved games and leaderboard entries, from your Google account and from the Play Games app's own settings. Google's handling of this data is governed by
Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The free version of Sudoku Swap shows advertising provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To select and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads
SDK may automatically collect and share with Google and its partners:
- Device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and coarse, IP-based location
- Device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
- Ad interaction data and diagnostics
This collection is performed by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you may be shown a consent dialog before personalized ads
are served.
If you purchase the one-time "Remove Ads" product, the app stops requesting and displaying ads entirely.
4. DEVICE BACKUP (ANDROID AUTO BACKUP)
Android's built-in backup service may copy the app's saved data to your own Google Drive, so it can be restored if you reinstall the app or set up a new
device. This is an Android platform feature, the backup lives in your Google account, and it is not visible to us. You can turn it off in your device
settings under Settings > Google > Backup.
5. PURCHASES (GOOGLE PLAY BILLING)
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or any
other payment information. Google's handling of your payment data is described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The purchase is tied to your Google account and is restored automatically if you reinstall the app.
6. CHILDREN
Sudoku Swap is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you
believe a child has provided personal information through the advertising or Play Games services, please contact us and we will assist as needed.
7. DATA SHARING AND SELLING
We do not sell or trade any user data. We hold no user data ourselves.
Data leaves your device only to Google, in the ways described above: the advertising data in section 3, and — if you are signed in to Play Games —
the leaderboard and saved-game data in section 2. Leaderboard entries are public by design; that is the purpose of a leaderboard.
8. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
Game data on your device is retained until you delete the app or clear its data. Data held by Google — leaderboard entries, saved games, backups and
advertising data — is retained by Google according to Google's policies, and can be deleted through your Google account and the Play Games app. All
network communication performed by these Google SDKs is encrypted in transit.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data.
Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data, leaderboard entries, saved games or backups should be directed to Google via
the links above, or made through your Google account. For anything else, contact us and we will help.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing.
