This privacy policy explains how Sudoku Puzzle (the "App", package com.brainypuzzles.sudoku), published by Cipher Code ("we", "us"), handles your information.
In short: the App does not collect, transmit or share any personal information. Everything stays on your device.
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and it does not use your device's advertising ID.
To work, the App saves the following only on your device:
your games in progress, so you can continue where you left off;
your statistics, Daily Challenge results and awards;
your settings (theme, sound, vibration and similar preferences).
This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. It is not included in Android cloud backups. You can delete it at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
The App uses the vibration permission for optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in the App's settings. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or files.
The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking services, and we do not sell or share any data with third parties.
If you tap Rate this app, the Google Play Store opens. If you open this privacy policy from within the App, it opens in your web browser. Those apps and websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
The App is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
As no personal data leaves your device, there is no data held by us that could be exposed. Data saved by the App on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox.
If this policy changes, for example because a future version adds a new feature that needs data, we will update this page and change the effective date above before that version is released.
