All game statistics, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit your game data to our servers

Your Sudoku solving history and preferences remain private on your device.

We do not directly collect any device information, technical data, or usage analytics.

Notification Permission:

Used to send you game related notifications such as daily challenges, reminders to play or achievement notification. These notifications are generated locally on your device and no notification data is transmitted to our servers.

Google Admob:

Our app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect and use information for ad personalization and delivery. This may include:

• Device identifiers

• Location data (if location services are enabled)

• Usage information

• Ad interaction data

Google Play Billing:

Our app uses google play billing for premium features for ad removal.For our premium subscription (ad removal), we use Google Play's billing system. Google handles all payment processing and may collect payment-related information according to their privacy policy. 

We do not collect or share any information related to billing. All the information is handled directly by google play billing system.

Data Storage and Security:

Data Security depends on the devices that you use. Our app does not collect any data. Data security solely depends on the device you use.

All game data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database. We do not store any user data on our servers. Your game progress and statistics are not backed up to cloud services. Data security depends on your device's security measures.Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Google's privacy policies). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. 

Internet Connection and Ads:

Internet connection is required for displaying advertisements. Ads are served by Google AdMob and subject to Google's privacy practices

You can remove ads by purchasing our premium subscription through Google Play.

Children's Privacy:

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Since we don't collect personal information from any users, the app is safe for children to use. However, advertisements displayed through Google AdMob are subject to Google's policies regarding children's content. 

Notification Settings:

You can control notifications by:

• Disabling notifications in your device's app settings.

• Managing notification preferences within the app (if available).

• Turning off all app notifications through your device's system settings Since all data is stored locally on your device.

• Uninstalling the app will remove all associated data.

• Clearing app data through your device settings will reset all game progress.

Global Distribution:

We distribute Sudoku Elite globally through Google Play Store. However, app availability may vary by country due to Google Play Store policies and local regulations. 

By using our app, you consent to the processing of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable privacy laws including: 

European Union (EU/EEA): GDPR compliance ensured through minimal data collection

United States: CCPA compliance where applicable

Since we don't collect or store user data on our servers, there is no data retention period. All game data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.
