This Privacy Policy applies to the Sudoku Walls mobile application (the "Application"), created by Elton Relander (the "Service Provider"). The Application is an ad-supported service with an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. The Application is provided "AS IS."
The Application and third-party services integrated into it may automatically collect certain information when you download, install, or use the Application.
Depending on how you use the Application, this information may include:
Approximate location, such as location inferred from your IP address. The Application does not collect precise GPS location for these purposes.

The Application uses this information where applicable to provide and maintain app functionality, process in-app purchases, provide and measure advertisements, perform analytics, diagnose technical issues, improve performance, and help prevent fraud and abuse.
The Application does not collect precise location information from your device for these purposes.
Sudoku Walls displays advertisements using third-party advertising services.
Advertising services may process information such as approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information. This information may be used to display and measure advertisements, perform analytics, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Where required by applicable law, the Application uses a consent mechanism to obtain or manage your advertising and privacy choices.
Users may purchase the Remove Ads option through Google Play to disable advertisements in the Application. Information related to that transaction is processed as necessary to complete and record the purchase.
The Application uses Unity Analytics to understand how the Application is used and to monitor its operation and performance.
Analytics information may include identifiers, app interactions, approximate location, device and application information, diagnostics, performance information, and information relating to in-app purchase transactions.
This information is used to provide application functionality, understand usage, measure performance, diagnose problems, and improve the Application.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

The Application uses Unity services including advertising/mediation, analytics, and in-app purchasing functionality. Google Play is also used to distribute the Application and process in-app purchases.
These third-party providers may process data on behalf of the Service Provider or for their own purposes as described in their respective privacy policies.
The Service Provider may also disclose information when required by law, to comply with a legal process, to protect the rights or safety of users or others, to investigate fraud or security issues, or when otherwise required by applicable law.
Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to the retention policies of those providers.
The Service Provider retains information directly received from users only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.

You can stop future collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process provided by your device or application marketplace.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also be presented with privacy or consent options relating to advertising and data processing.
Purchasing the Remove Ads option disables advertisements within the Application, but information required for application functionality, analytics, purchase processing, security, or legal compliance may still be processed.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to the Service Provider, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information. Reasonable measures are used to protect information processed in connection with the Application. Data transmitted by the Application and the third-party services described above is transmitted using secure connections where supported and applicable.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, third-party services, legal requirements, or data-processing practices.
