If you are a student or alumni seeking a Letter of Recommendation (LoR) from me, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient process:
Coursework: You must have completed at least one course under my supervision.
Capstone/Thesis Supervision: Preference is given to students who have conducted their capstone project or thesis under my supervision.
Research/Professional Engagement: Having collaborated with me on research projects, publications, or professional activities will strengthen your case.
Other Contributions: Participation in voluntary activities, teaching assistance, or club/community involvement will also be considered.
To request a LoR, fill out the Google Form provided [here](insert link to form). You will need to provide the following details:
Personal Information: Name, student ID, email, and intake information.
Academic Details: Passing year, courses completed with me (including course codes), and capstone/thesis project title (if applicable).
Professional/Research Engagements: Details of research activities, publications (if any), and any relevant professional contributions.
Voluntary Activities: Details of club membership, community engagement, or other roles.
Teaching Assistance: Information about your role as a Teaching Assistant (TA), if applicable.
Application Details: The name of the university/institute and program (MS/PhD) you are applying to.
Recommendation Type: Specify whether you require a hardcopy, softcopy, or online submission.
Supporting Documents: Upload the following in PDF format:
Detailed CV/Resume.
Academic transcripts/grade sheets.
Self-Description: Describe yourself in three words and provide additional details about your voluntary, TA/RA, or research engagements.
Complete the Google Form: Fill in all the required fields accurately and upload the necessary documents.
