Serosoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (www.serosoft.in) is a leading company in educational software solution. ‘Academia’ (www.academiaerp.com) is the flagship ERP product, where I am engaged in at a senior level. Following are the major activities :

• Currently leading the KAMS departments to provide post implementation support to world wide clients.
• Involved in the implementation process at various clients (more then 100) across the globe.
• Interacting with the team of Core group, AVP, Senior Implementation Consultants, KAMS consultants, Server and data management executive.
• Key role in PMO.
• Implementation of Project Monitoring System with daily task assignment and reporting, Quick stand-up meetings.
• Implemented Module and Client ownership within the team, constituted a dedicated deployment team.
• Implementation of ‘Client First’ policy with periodic satisfaction calls, visits and steering committee meetings.
• Implementation of dedicated Customer Support Desk with Ticketing System.
• Implemented various policies and documentation practices for Business Process Study, Gap Analysis, Sign-offs, Wire-frame and Database designing.
• Implementation of Sprint planning meetings.
• Assisted in implementing QA Policy.
• Assisted in implementing Employee Entry, Orientation, Training, Assessment, Quarterly Appraisal, KPI and Exit policies.
• Visited many customers throughout the country and abroad for Project Kick-off meetings, Gap Analysis, Training and later project sign-off meetings.
• Assisted in development for various modules (30+) for ‘Academia’. Some of these are : Program and Courses, Admission Management, Registration Management, Time Table, Examination and Result Processing, Library, Finance and Accounts, HRM and Payroll, Inventory Management, Placement, Alumni, Survey System, Transport etc .
• Utilities like Form Generator, Document Generator, Security and Rights, Mobile App etc. are developed.
• Contributed in Employee Skill Development Program where attendees received best performance awards.
• Contributed in ‘Fun after Work’ activities where many interesting activities organized for staff members.
• More then 100, Education Domain Clients Served with the team for these activities: Kick-off Meeting, Project Planning, Gap Analysis, Documentation, Customization, QA, Interaction and Implementation, Training, UAT/Sign-offs.
