- End to End ERP/Software Implementation Project Management including defining project scope, setting up goals and deliverable, resource and effort estimations, managing timelines and milestones in collaboration with clients, internal resources and senior management.
- Development of project plans and associated documents including budget proposals, presentations, kick-off documents, gantt charts, contingency plans, quality assurance plan and progress reports, milestone completion documents and project sign-off documents etc.
- Effective communication of project expectations to all the stakeholder on regular basis.
- Delegation of tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team member.
- Identification and resolution of issues and conflicts within the team.
- Coaching, mentor-ship, motivation and supervision of project team members.
- Ensuring the right quality of deliverable at the right time.
