Opportunities

Postdoctoral fellows: Postdoctoral fellows related to our research interest are encouraged to get in touch. Usually IIT Kanpur Institute Postdoctoral Fellowships are open twice in a year. Applications for NPDFs are also very welcome.

PhD students: We are always on the lookout for good PhD candidates. To work with us for your PhD, you need to be our MS or MSc, or dual Degree, or PhD student at IITK. Admissions to our Master's program are done annually, while our department conducts our PhD selections twice a year (in May and in December). 

Masters students: Usually there are openings for a few Masters students (MS and MSc) every year. Prospective students are encouraged to drop an email to the PI.

Undergraduate students: A limited number of undergraduate projects are available for highly motivated undergraduate students during the term time. Students are encouraged to send an email to the PI.

Summer/winter project students: NOT available to supervise any students during summer and winter breaks. It is advised that you don't send the PI any emails with such requests. Emails asking about such requests may not be answered.
