Working in BPO exposes you to different cultures and accents, and helps you develop your language skills through training and practice. You can also learn new vocabulary, grammar rules, idioms, and expressions that are relevant to your field of work. Learning and improving languages can have many advantages for your personal and professional growth like Enhance your communication and interpersonal skills, boost your confidence and self-esteem, expand your knowledge and perspective, increase your employability and career prospects and the like.

Working in BPO can be a rewarding and fulfilling career choice for anyone who loves languages and wants to improve their skills but not for me. Not working in the education field brought me down and long for teaching however, it was during that time I gave lot of private tuition classes and the love for imparting grew up so big that I bounced back to teaching. With or without my interest I happened to work twice in BPO that gave lot of personality refinement.
