Thank you for choosing Success Auto Wash and Detail. We ask that you please remove all personal items from the vehicle. Prices listed are for vehicles that fall under normal dirty conditions. In order for us to best tailor our service to you. Please inform us if organic substances i.e. vomit, urine, fecal matter, oil, dairy, are present before service.

Success Auto Wash And Detail Terms and Conditions / Policy of Service:

Personal Property Policy:

All personal property be removed from your vehicle.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy:

We can never exactly predict what the weather will be like; please remember every scheduled service appointment is weather permitting. If the weather is inclement during your scheduled appointment we will automatically reschedule your service for the next available appointment slot at no extra cost.

Onsite Service Policy:

We are able to bring our services to you we cannot work on vehicles parked on streets as this is illegal in some cities and our safety could be compromised.

Online Same Day Booking Policy:

We accept same day appointments If the appointment is done at least 1 hour before available appointment slot and before 12 pm. If no confirmation email is received please give us a call to make sure we have approved your appointment.

Online Booking / Reservation Policy:

Making a reservation for service on Success Auto Wash And Detail’s Online Booking System does not guarantee that a specified time or date will be reserved or booked. Success Auto Wash And Detail reserves the right to approve a booked date or time. There might be a chance that an appointment has been booked and our booking system does not reflect it. We will send you a confirmation email to approve your reservation.

Offline Booking / Reservation Policy:

24-Hour Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:

Success Auto Wash And Detail has a 24-hour cancellation policy/rescheduling policy. If for any reason you are unable to hold your appointment, Success Auto Wash And Detail requires a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. A 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required because we not only lose your business but the business of potential customers who could have booked an appointment during your appointment slot.

72-Hour Refund Policy:

If you have prepaid or booked online and for any reason, you are unable to hold your appointment. We would gladly give you a refund within 72 hours from the original time of purchase or booking. After 72 hours from the original time of purchase, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we would only give you service credit. There is no expiration for this credit and you can use it towards any of our services.

Travel Fees Policy:

Success Auto Wash And Detail provides detailing and wash services for all customers at our standard rate; however additional travel fees may apply if a customer is outside of our service area.

Damages to Vehicle:

I hereby agree that Success Auto Wash And Detail shall not be held responsible for any mechanical condition or pre-existing conditions such as dents, scratches & and, any other pre-existing damages to the vehicle’s interior and/or exterior nor for the loss or damage of articles/belongings left in vehicle due to, case of fire, theft, accident, service provided or any other cause beyond Success Auto Wash And Detail control.

Leaving Keys when not Present:

I hereby agree and authorize Success Auto Wash And Detail to leave the keys with a specified person, an area of my vehicle, or location if I cannot be present upon completion of services. Success Auto Wash And Detail shall not be held responsible for keys being locked in my vehicle as a result of leaving them inside or being locked by the automatic safety mechanism in my vehicle.

Wait Time after Completion:

I hereby agree that Success Auto Wash And Detail cannot wait more than 15 minutes after I have been notified of the completion of services. I also release Success Auto Wash And Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or belongings after they have turned in the keys or leave the premises.

Vehicle Operation:

I hereby authorize Success Auto Wash And Detail to operate the submitted vehicle for the purposes of delivery, service, accommodation for space, inspection or any other reasons deemed necessary at my risk. I understand that Success Auto Detailing will only cover collisions caused by its staff/personnel.

Detailing Interior:

I hereby authorize Success Auto Wash And Detail if my car is being detailed to use a chemical cleaning solution to clean the steering wheel, dash, console and door panels, and to shampoo my seats and/or carpet using the Extraction Method/Wet Method in the submitted vehicle for the purposes of cleaning/detailing the interior at my risk. I also release Success Auto Wash And Detail from any liability pertaining to my vehicle for anything that may arise as a result of this service.

Vehicle Battery:

I hereby agree that Success Auto Wash And Detail will have my doors opened to clean the vehicle’s interior and could cause my battery to drain; I release them from any liability the battery drain may cause.

Ownership:

I hereby agree and certify that I am the registered owner of the vehicle submitted to Success Auto Wash And Detail, and/or have; authority by the registered owner(s); to submit the vehicle to Success Auto Wash And Detail.

Law:

I hereby agree and certify that any claim or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Iowa law. In the event of legal action is necessary, the client agrees to pay the attorney’s fees and court costs.

Changes to these Policies:

Success Auto Wash And Detail has the discretion to update these privacy policies at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about these policies. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and become aware of modifications.

By booking, purchasing, or requesting our service you signify your acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not book, purchase or make an appointment. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
