While Chromebooks, phones, and tablets can be used to view content and complete some activities, they may not support all features in Brightspace—especially for submitting assignments or taking quizzes. Internet Connection: A reliable, high-speed internet connection (such as cable or DSL) is essential to ensure Brightspace loads correctly and videos or other media play without interruption.
Supported Browsers: Use the latest version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox for full functionality in Brightspace. Other browsers or outdated versions may not display content correctly or could cause issues during tests.
