Subway Status does not collect, sell, track, or share your personal information.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
Subway Status does not use advertising, analytics, third-party tracking, or user accounts. The developer does not receive or store personal information through the app.
BLUETOOTH AND DEVICE CONFIGURATION
Bluetooth is used only to discover, connect to, and configure a compatible Subway Sign display. Display preferences and information used to configure the sign are transmitted directly between your iPhone and your sign.
WI-FI CREDENTIALS
If you provide Wi-Fi credentials, the app sends them directly to your compatible sign over Bluetooth so the sign can connect to your network. The developer does not receive or store those credentials.
TRANSIT INFORMATION
The app and compatible sign may request public transit information from third-party transit services. Those services may process technical information ordinarily included with an internet request under their own privacy policies.
DATA RETENTION AND SHARING
Because the developer does not collect personal information through the app, there is no personal information held by the developer to retain, sell, or share.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Subway Status is not designed to collect personal information from children or any other users.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated if the app’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
