These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SubVault iOS application ("App") provided by Md Golam Saroar Shuvo ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using SubVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Apple is not a party to these Terms except as described in Section 11.
SubVault is a personal finance companion that helps you:
Track recurring subscriptions
Monitor subscription renewal dates
Manage credit card bill due dates
Schedule local payment reminders
Track money you lend or borrow
View summaries and optional AI-powered insights
The App stores your tracking data on your device and, when you are signed into iCloud, syncs it through your private iCloud database. A SubVault account is not required for core features.
SubVault is intended for informational purposes only and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You remain responsible for verifying all payment amounts, renewal dates, and financial decisions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SubVault on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms, Apple's Media Services Terms, and App Store policies.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Reverse engineer the App (except where permitted by law)
Remove copyright notices
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Create competing products using our branding or content
SubVault Premium unlocks:
Unlimited subscriptions
Unlimited credit cards
Unlimited money ledger entries
Removal of free-tier limits
Core functionality remains available without Premium.
Premium may be available as:
Weekly (includes a 3-day free trial for eligible users where offered by Apple)
Monthly
Yearly
Prices vary by country and currency and are determined by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before expiration.

If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial expires.
Premium purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. The Developer cannot issue App Store refunds.
Ask AI provides optional insights about your tracked subscriptions. It is not required to use the App.
• Every user receives 5 free Ask AI chats. These chats are not sold in the App and can be restored to the limit in Settings.
• Ask AI processes subscription summaries on your device only. SubVault does not send Ask AI data to third-party AI services.
• AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on AI responses as financial advice.
We may change, limit, or discontinue Ask AI features at any time.
If enabled, SubVault schedules local notifications on your device, including:
Credit card bill reminders
Subscription renewal reminders
You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
We cannot guarantee notification delivery if prevented by:
Device settings
Battery restrictions
Focus modes
System limitations
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate information
Keeping your device secure
Backing up your data if desired
Complying with applicable laws
You may export summaries or delete your data within the App.
Removing the App may delete local data unless it exists in your backups.
Without Premium, SubVault may limit:
Number of subscriptions
Credit cards
Money ledger entries
Current limits are displayed within the App and may change in future updates.
All App content, including the source code, design, branding, user interface, and text, belongs to the Developer unless otherwise stated.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for identification purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted operation
Error-free performance
Perfect accuracy of reminders or calculations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SubVault is provided for informational and personal finance tracking purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying payment amounts, due dates, reminders, and any financial decisions.
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Missed payments or late fees
Financial losses
Loss of profits, savings, or revenue
Loss of data
Business interruption
Inaccurate reminders, calculations, or AI-generated insights
Failure of local notifications caused by iOS, device settings, battery restrictions, or other factors beyond the Developer's reasonable control
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You acknowledge that:
These Terms are between you and the Developer.
Apple is not responsible for support.
Apple is not responsible for product claims.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may request a refund from Apple.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Sections relating to warranties, liability, and Apple-specific provisions will survive termination.
We may update these Terms periodically.
The Last Updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
