SubTrack ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by O5Studio, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how your data is handled regarding local features, third-party advertising networks, and in-app purchase transactions.
SubTrack is built on a local-first architecture:
Local Data Storage: All your subscription logs, reminder settings, and payment entries are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal subscription records on external servers.
Data Deletion: Since all application data is stored locally, you can permanently delete all your data at any time by clearing the application cache/data from your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
To support free access to SubTrack, we display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).
Data Collected by Ad Providers: Ad networks may collect and use anonymized device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP addresses, and coarse location data to serve relevant ads and monitor ad performance.
Ad-Free Option & Premium Option: Users can remove third-party advertisements and unlock premium features by subscribing to a Pro tier or purchasing in-app options inside the application.
We offer digital purchases (such as "Remove Ads") processed exclusively through the Google Play Store Billing API:
Financial Data Security: SubTrack and O5Studio do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, bank information, or payment credentials. All transactions are securely handled by Google Play Services.
Purchase Verification: We only receive confirmation tokens from Google Play to verify purchase status and remove advertisements within the app interface.
Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage, pause, or cancel your active subscriptions anytime directly through your Google Play Store Account Settings (Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions).
Biometric Authentication: Used solely for local authentication (Fingerprint / Face ID) via your device's native operating system (LocalAuthentication). Biometric data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us.
Notifications: Used strictly to issue local device alerts for upcoming subscription due dates.
SubTrack does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Third-party ad networks are configured to adhere to applicable child safety regulations.
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in ad requirements or system updates. Updates become effective immediately upon being posted within the app or on our store listing.
