These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Subscription Stopper - Tracker mobile application ("the App"), developed and maintained by Juyana Islam ("the Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Subscription Stopper - Tracker is a personal finance utility designed to help users manually track and manage recurring subscriptions. The App allows you to record subscriptions, view renewal dates, receive optional reminders, and review spending insights.

The App is an organisational tool only. It does not connect to your bank, process payments on your behalf, or cancel subscriptions for you. Any action related to canceling, modifying, or paying for a third party subscription must be completed directly by you with the relevant provider.

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the applicable Apple App Store terms.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of the App.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by applicable law.

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The App offers both a free version and an optional paid Premium subscription.

The free version allows you to track a limited number of subscriptions and access core features without charge.

The Premium subscription provides additional functionality, which may include unlimited subscription tracking, statement import, receipt scanning, iCloud synchronization, and advanced insights. Premium subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or yearly basis.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from either the free or Premium plans at any time.

Premium subscriptions are sold as auto-renewing in-app purchases through Apple using your Apple ID.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when your purchase is confirmed.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

You may manage, cancel, or disable auto-renewal through your App Store account settings at any time.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies. The Developer cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information entered into the App.

Your subscription data is stored on your device and, if enabled, within your personal iCloud account. Details regarding data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your information. Deleting the App or using the Delete All Data feature may permanently remove your data and cannot be reversed.

The App provides spending summaries, estimates, and insights for informational and organizational purposes only.

Nothing provided by the App constitutes financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

You remain solely responsible for all financial decisions and should verify subscription details, charges, and renewal dates directly with your service providers and financial institutions.

While we strive to make the App reliable, features such as statement import, subscription detection, and receipt scanning may not always be complete or accurate.

The App may fail to identify certain subscriptions or charges, and reminder functionality depends on device settings and information provided by you.

The App should not be relied upon as your sole source of financial records or obligations.

The App, including its software, design, branding, content, graphics, and code, excluding any data entered by users, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free from defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, or savings arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This limitation includes situations involving missed cancellations, failed reminders, subscription renewals, billing charges, or inaccurate information, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer's total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App or Premium subscription during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

The App relies on services provided by third parties, including Apple and RevenueCat.

These services may include the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, CloudKit, and purchase entitlement management.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of any third party service provider.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply after termination.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this document will be updated.

Where appropriate, significant changes may also be communicated within the App.

Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country or region of residence.
