Welcome
Dr. Subrat Kumar Behera is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky, United States. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Patna, in October 2023 with thesis titled "Constitutive Modeling of Electro-magneto-viscoelastic Smart Materials with Applications." His current focus involves the constitutive modeling of active polymeric materials, and soft architect metamaterials using a continuum mechanics approach. Dr. Behera is also engaged in research on the nonlinear dynamics of smart materials, biological systems, and structures. He is actively seeking an Academic and Research & Development position to apply his skills, prior knowledge, and innovative thinking to gain new insights into smart materials and systems.
