A. Subscription & Personal Data (Offline-First)

• Local Storage: SubPulse operates primarily as an offline-first utility. All details you enter—including subscription names, amounts, billing cycles, trial dates, notes, and local vault passwords—are stored strictly on your local device (using secured local storage).

• No Server Uploads: We do not collect, transmit, or store your subscription data, personal credentials, or financial details on external servers.

B. Device Permissions

• Notifications: Used solely to deliver local alerts for renewal reminders and expiring trials.

• Biometric Authentication: Used locally via your device's hardware (Fingerprint / Face Unlock / PIN) to unlock the app if enabled. Biometric data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising (AdMob)

To keep SubPulse free, we may integrate third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob. These third-party networks may collect and use information to display personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs:

• Advertising Identifier: Google Advertising ID (AAID)

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, carrier, and screen resolution

• Usage & Diagnostics: Crash logs, app performance metrics, and ad interaction data

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Since all subscription data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data.

• Uninstalling the application will permanently remove all locally stored database files.

SubPulse is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

5. Security of Your Data

The security of your data is important to us. We rely on standard operating system-level encryption and secure storage sandboxes on Android to protect locally saved information.
