AHEPA Traveler magazine
The AHEPA Traveler welcomes contributions from members and chapters across District 21.
Additional submissions from friends and partners of the Hellenic‑American community may also be considered, as long as they meet the editorial guidelines below.
Article Format
Articles must be submitted in .doc or .docx format.
Please ensure correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation before submission.
Length Requirements
Standard article length: up to 300 words.
Longer submissions may be accepted only in exceptional cases and upon editorial approval.
Photographs & Visual Material
Accepted formats: JPEG or PNG.
Minimum resolution: 1200 × 800 px (approx. 500 KB or higher).
Images must be clear, well‑lit, and relevant to the article’s content.
Captions & Credits
Each photograph must include a caption identifying all individuals shown.
The photographer’s name or photo owner must be provided for proper credit.
By submitting photos, contributors confirm they have the right to share and publish them.
Submission Process
All materials (article + photos) must be submitted together in a single email.

Editorial Review
All submissions are reviewed by the editorial team.
The AHEPA Traveler reserves the right to edit text for clarity, length, and consistency with the magazine’s style.
Publication is not guaranteed and depends on space, relevance, and editorial standards.
Deadlines
The Traveler is published quarterly (March, June, September, December).
All materials must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days prior to the release of each issue to ensure timely review and inclusion.
