Privacy Policy

Summary: Subly collects no data. The subscriptions, shared expenses and budgets you enter stay on your devices and, if iCloud sync is on, in your own private iCloud, where we cannot see them. The only personal data we ever receive is what you send us yourself if you contact support.

What is stored, and where

• On your iPhone: your subscriptions, categories, budgets, shared accounts and settings, in the app's private storage.

• In your iCloud (optional): if "Sync with iCloud" is on in Settings, Apple keeps a copy in the private CloudKit database of your own iCloud account so your devices stay in sync. Only you can access it; we cannot. You can turn it off at any time in Subly's Settings.

• On your Apple Watch and in the widgets: the summary they show, passed directly from your iPhone.

If you delete the app, or use "Reset all data" in Settings, the data on your iPhone is deleted.

Features that stay on your device

• Face ID / Touch ID lock: handled by iOS. Subly only learns whether the check succeeded; it never receives your biometric data.

• Payment reminders: local notifications created on your iPhone, not sent from a server.

• Export: the JSON and CSV files and the payment reminder messages are created on your iPhone and only go where you send them with the iOS share sheet.

• Cancellation links: they open the website of each service (for example Netflix or Spotify) in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

What Subly does not do

• It has no server of its own and no accounts.

• It has no advertising, analytics or tracking.

• It includes no third-party code or SDKs: it only uses components built into the system.

• It does not share or sell data, because it does not collect any.

Apple and the App Store

Subly Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple under its own privacy policy. The app only asks Apple whether you have Subly Pro; we never see your payment details. Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example downloads, or crash reports if you agreed to share them). We do not receive any data that identifies you.

Support

If you write to us through the support form or by email, we receive the name, email address and message you send, and use them only to answer you. The form is a Google Form, so the replies are stored in Google Forms and our Google account, and emails in our mailbox; Google acts as our service provider. We keep them while we deal with your request and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We process them because you ask us to answer you. This is separate from the app: Subly itself sends us nothing.

This website

This page is hosted on Google Sites. We add no analytics or advertising to it. Like any web service, Google may log technical data about a visit (for example the IP address) in order to operate the site and protect it from abuse.

Children

Subly is not directed at children, and the app does not collect data from anyone, including minors.

Your rights

Subly keeps no data about you on any server. If you have contacted support, you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your messages by writing to dev.novalabs@icloud.com.

Changes to this policy

If it ever changes, we will publish the new version here with its date. If a future version of the app were to collect data, we would tell you in the app first.

Resumen: Subly no recopila datos. Las suscripciones, gastos compartidos y presupuestos que introduces se quedan en tus dispositivos y, si la sincronización con iCloud está activada, en tu propio iCloud privado, donde nosotros no podemos verlos. Los únicos datos personales que recibimos son los que tú nos envíes si contactas con soporte.

Qué se guarda y dónde

• En tu iPhone: tus suscripciones, categorías, presupuestos, cuentas compartidas y ajustes, en el almacenamiento privado de la app.

• En tu iCloud (opcional): si «Sincronizar con iCloud» está activado en Ajustes, Apple guarda una copia en la base de datos privada de CloudKit de tu propia cuenta de iCloud para mantener tus dispositivos sincronizados. Solo tú puedes acceder a ella; nosotros no. Puedes desactivarlo cuando quieras en los Ajustes de Subly.

• En tu Apple Watch y en los widgets: el resumen que muestran, que les pasa directamente tu iPhone.

Si eliminas la app, o usas «Restablecer todos los datos» en Ajustes, se borran los datos de tu iPhone.

Funciones que no salen de tu dispositivo

• Bloqueo con Face ID / Touch ID: lo gestiona iOS. Subly solo sabe si la comprobación ha ido bien; nunca recibe tus datos biométricos.

• Recordatorios de pago: notificaciones locales creadas en tu iPhone, no enviadas desde un servidor.

• Exportar: los archivos JSON y CSV y los mensajes de recordatorio de pago se crean en tu iPhone y solo van a donde tú los envíes con el menú de compartir de iOS.

• Enlaces para cancelar: abren en tu navegador la web de cada servicio (por ejemplo, Netflix o Spotify). Esas webs tienen sus propias políticas de privacidad.

Lo que Subly no hace

• No tiene servidor propio ni cuentas.

• No tiene publicidad, analíticas ni seguimiento.

• No incluye código ni SDK de terceros: solo usa componentes del propio sistema.

• No comparte ni vende datos, porque no los recopila.

Apple y la App Store

Las compras y suscripciones de Subly Pro las gestiona Apple por completo según su propia política de privacidad. La app solo le pregunta a Apple si tienes Subly Pro; nunca vemos tus datos de pago. Apple puede ofrecernos estadísticas agregadas y anónimas (por ejemplo, descargas o cierres inesperados si has aceptado compartirlos). No recibimos datos que te identifiquen.

Soporte

Si nos escribes por el formulario de soporte o por email, recibimos el nombre, el email y el mensaje que nos envías, y solo los usamos para responderte. El formulario es de Google Forms, así que las respuestas se guardan en Google Forms y en nuestra cuenta de Google, y los emails en nuestro buzón; Google actúa como nuestro proveedor. Los conservamos mientras atendemos tu consulta y hasta 12 meses después, salvo que nos pidas borrarlos antes. Los tratamos porque tú nos pides que te respondamos. Esto es aparte de la app: Subly en sí no nos envía nada.

Esta web

Esta página está alojada en Google Sites. No le añadimos analíticas ni publicidad. Como cualquier servicio web, Google puede registrar datos técnicos de la visita (por ejemplo, la dirección IP) para funcionar y protegerse de abusos.

Menores

Subly no está dirigida a niños, y la app no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco de menores.

Tus derechos

Subly no guarda ningún dato tuyo en ningún servidor. Si has contactado con soporte, puedes pedirnos en cualquier momento que consultemos, corrijamos o borremos tus mensajes escribiendo a dev.novalabs@icloud.com.

Cambios en esta política

Si algún día cambia, publicaremos aquí la nueva versión con su fecha. Si una futura versión de la app recopilara datos, te lo diríamos antes en la propia app.
