Hogsmeade Haven ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Subliminal Flash Android application ("Subliminal Flash" or the "App") handles information when you use the App.
Subliminal Flash is designed to display user-configured text and images as brief visual flashes on the user's device.
Subliminal Flash does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or other personal identity information to use the App.
The App stores the following information locally on your device:
The App allows you to create and save subliminal or affirmation text. These texts are stored locally on your device so that they remain available when you reopen the App.
The App allows you to select images from your device for use as flash images. The App stores references to the images you select so that it can display them again when you use the App.
The App does not upload your selected images to Hogsmeade Haven.
The App stores your selected settings locally, such as flash frequency, flash duration, transparency, position, visual style, text size, colours, and image size.
Subliminal Flash requests certain Android permissions required for its functionality.
The App uses Android's "Display over other apps" capability to display the configured flashes over other applications while the flashing feature is active. This permission is used only for the App's core functionality.
The App uses an Android foreground service to maintain the flashing functionality while you use other applications. Android displays a system notification while the foreground service is active.
The App may request notification permission so that Android can display the notification associated with the foreground service.
The App can access images that you explicitly select for use as flash images. The selected images are used by the App for its flashing functionality.
Information stored by Subliminal Flash is used solely to provide the App's functionality, including:
Saving your text and image selections.
Remembering your App settings.
Displaying your configured text and images as flashes.
Maintaining the flashing feature while the App is running.
We do not use your stored text, selected images, or App settings for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
Subliminal Flash does not sell, rent, or share your stored text, selected images, or App settings with Hogsmeade Haven or third-party companies.
The App does not provide a server-based account system or upload these locally stored items to a Hogsmeade Haven server.
The App may use third-party Android libraries required to provide its functionality. These libraries operate as part of the application and are not used by Hogsmeade Haven to collect your stored subliminal text, selected images, or App settings.
Subliminal Flash does not require an account or a Hogsmeade Haven online service to store your App content.
Your text, selected image references, and App settings are stored locally on your Android device.
Your locally stored App information remains on your device until you remove it through the App or through Android's application-management controls.
You can remove saved text and image selections using the controls provided by the App. You can also clear the App's stored data or uninstall Subliminal Flash using Android's system settings.
Because Subliminal Flash does not maintain a server-side account containing your App content, Hogsmeade Haven does not retain a separate server-side copy of your saved text, selected images, or App settings.

Subliminal Flash is designed to keep your App content on your device rather than transmitting it to Hogsmeade Haven.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Android device, including its screen lock, device credentials, and other security controls.
Subliminal Flash is not specifically directed toward children. The App does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's functionality, data practices, or applicable requirements change.
