I am a physicist specializing in halide perovskites and their diverse applications, currently pursuing my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. My research focuses on developing high-efficiency, stable, and tunable microlasers and photovoltaic devices.
With a strong foundation in materials science and photonics, my expertise includes:
Synthesis and characterization of halide perovskites and quantum dots
Development and optimization of microcavity-based lasers
Photophysical studies of photonic materials
Advanced spectroscopic techniques and laser applications
As I near the completion of my Ph.D., I am actively seeking postdoctoral and industry opportunities where I can apply my experimental expertise to advance photonic materials, optoelectronic devices, and renewable energy technologies. I am eager to collaborate with leading researchers and industry professionals to drive innovation in these fields.
Feel free to connect with me to discuss potential opportunities, collaborations, or research ideas in halide perovskites and next-generation solar and photonic technologies.

2018-2020
Quality Checker and Subject Matter Expert at Chegg Inc.
This experience helped me gain in-depth knowledge about basic and advanced physics. My role as a freelance subject matter expert in advanced physics was to help students understand physics problems and then find the solutions to them.
2018-2019
Master's Project Fellow at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad
During the master's project, I worked on synthesizing nanostructured materials like WO3, applying thin films, and studying their optical properties. These materials have been explored for their photocatalytic properties. The project was completed at the Semiconductor Oxide Lab, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.
2018
Summer Research Intern at Anna University
The short summer internship project involved growing single crystals of CrGeS3 and investigating their structural properties. These crystals and their magnetic properties were the highlights of this project, which are favorable for spintronics applications. The project was done under the supervision of Prof. J. Kumar at Anna University, Chennai.
