He has met with many talented musician and learned many musical tricks from them. He has learned about Jazz, Blues, Latin, Ballads, classic, Pop, rock and many genres. 

Subir has performed plenty of shows all over India. He has worked with many reputed musical Bands like Shree Om, Lens, 14th Feb, Attmah, Jack Rabbit etc. These days he is working with "Soumya Music" (Organisation For Performing Arts) as Creative Adviser and Musician. He is also attached with "Calcutta Music Academy".

Besides Playing Keyboard and Piano Subir is a very good music Composer and  Arranger. He has arranged plenty of song, back ground music and add jingle. He has given music in many TV Serials, Short Films and Documentary Films like "Dhadhar Rajjye Ping Pong", "Bengals Most Wanted", "Swapner Bhor", "Chokher Pani" etc.
