Short Biography

Mr. Subhrajit Sinha Roy is an Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India.

Before that, he served as an Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Global Institute of Management and Technology, Krishnagar, West Bengal, India from 2016-2019.

He has received his B. Tech. and M. Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology in year 2012 and 2015, respectively. He is pursuing his Ph.D. from the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta, West Bengal, India.

He is co-author of a book and 14 research publications in international journals, conference proceedings, and edited volumes to his credit till date. Moreover, he has one Australian patent also. His publication received the third best paper award in the 2019 First Doctoral Symposium on Intelligence Enabled Research, October 19-20, 2019.

His field of interest spans digital image processing, multimedia copyright protection technique, FPGA based system design, low cost system implementation.
