An intelligent tool to automatically calculate academic credit points as per faculty recruitment guidelines from NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded technical institutions in India.

This tool simplifies and standardizes the evaluation of journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, books, and patents — aligned with official MHRD/UGC frameworks.

• 🔍 DOI Lookup using CrossRef to auto-fetch:

  • Publisher/Journal

  • Year of publication

  • Type (Journal, Conference, Book, etc.)

• 🧑‍🔬 Author role detection from metadata:

  • Identifies if user is First Author/Main Supervisor or Co-author

  • Calculates points accordingly

• ➕ Add multiple entries and maintain a running total

• 🔄 Reset function for a fresh session

🚀 How to Use

1. Enter Author Name

2. Input the DOI

3. Click “Fetch & Classify”

4. Review auto-filled metadata and detected values

5. Click “Add Entry”

6. Use “Add Another” for more publications

7. Click “Finish” to view full summary

8. Click “Generate PDF” to download a formatted report*
