Subham Roy

I am a final year Ph.D. student at the Département de mathématiques et statistique of the Université de Montréal. I am working under the supervision of Prof. Matilde Lalín.

My recent projects are on Number theory, specifically on special values of L-functions, Mahler measure and its generalization. My other research interests are elliptic curves and surfaces; heights; modular forms; function field arithmetic; random matrices; Tropical geometry, specifically related to Amoeba and Ronkin functions.

I completed my M.Sc. in Mathematics (maîtrise en mathématiques) from the Université de Montréal under the supervision of Prof. Matilde Lalín in August, 2019.
